In the Le Pain Quotidien bakery you will learn from a master bakers the basic techniques of baking, how to shape your own baguette loaves and how to hand-roll chocolate brioche rolls. While your doughs are rising, you will be seated with your group to enjoy a meal together at our communal table. Once the baguettes and rolls have finished in the ovens, students will receive their fresh bread to take home and enjoy or share."
